Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete.
KGS is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify delivery details.
Return to Sender / Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• KGS is not responsible for returned packages
• Customers must contact USPS for additional assistance
• A new shipping label is required for reshipment
We strongly recommend double-checking your address before placing your order.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Kimmys GLO Skincare does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
If your package is returned to us, you will receive a store credit for the item(s) only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.
Store credits can be used toward a future purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kimmys GLO Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, please contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate your package.
We recommend contacting your local post office or checking with neighbors or household members for assistance.
