Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or orders over [$ amount]

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, KGS Kimmy’s GLO Skincare is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will review and offer a replacement or store credit if approved
